A creative initiative that's based on the critique of another, not only fails the test of creativity but also that of integrity. And the day creativity dies, so will humanity. And all the advertising that we would be left with are voice-over artists, reading product-posters to us, while running on treadmills - you know, just to keep things moving (& hopefully simultanously interesting)!

ZONG Ad?
I'm getting very mixed reviews about the new ZONG ad. Some say its ground-breaking. Others say its pretty-boring. I think it does slightly deviate to the latter. Has creativity 'officially' died in Pakistani advertising that now we have to resort to mud-slinging?

I believe, the advert is what we all want to hear from a cellular company.
Point-to-point without showing half-naked size zero chic(s) with Rakhi Sawant type makeup on or muddy muscular men.
For some it is no doubt, little generic in terms of electronic coverage and others have found it lame. But if you think of it, aren't we tired watching flashy lights and big sets which leads to more confusion.
I do like a prominent telecom's advert which reflects bonding amongst loved ones. It satisfies the basic concept which they are trying to sell but do differ when it comes to Glamour mixed or rather fucked up with organization or Brand's idealogy.
