The Learning Curve

A Slippery Slope?

There is a learning curve to everything in life. Sitting, crawling, walking & talking. And that goes for everyone, everywhere. From infancy to democracy, it just ain't a godforsaken straight-line. And whoever coined the term corporate ladder certainly didn't go up far on it - for in fact, its actually a spiral staircase. Unlike its airy, firmly-gripped & straight-faced cousin, this one has a flimsy-railing-support-system, myopic tunnel-vision and muffled haunts of yesterstep's failures...

At least a ladder goes only up & down,
But this just goes round, round & round...
